Everyone is starting to talk about the summer festivals, and despite it being absolutely freezing outside, there's a sprinkle of summer in the air I reckon. The thought of it is in everyone's minds at least. Here's a simple edit of Young Americans I did last year by David Bowie, which has a nice summery bounce to it. Only 3 months folks, sure we won't feel it!
The edit takes nearly everything out & just plays with a couple of short loops. Surely somebody out there has MPC'd this sample into a hip hop tune?? Answers in a comment below.
