Bob Blank Comp out today
Strut records have collaborated with Bill Brewster & Frank Broughton of DJ History to release a retrospective of one of NY's most revered producers, Bob Blank. Bob's Blank Tape Studios was a home to many in NY's artistic community during the 70s & 80s & was used by Arthur Russell, Patrick Adams & Greg Carmichael to name but a few. Here's a short video of Bob talking about the origins of Blank Tape. The comp is available on CD & limited vinyl. More info here.
